Our Partner Program creates an extended organization to develop solutions, repeatable service offerings, and turnkey solutions. We work closely with our partners to support and implement new and evolving industry standards.
We create mutually beneficial relationships with systems integrators, consultants, and software and hardware developers that augment and extend Kisiwa's products and services. Through these relationships, Kisiwa and its partners are able to fulfill key market objectives, drive new business, establish a competitive advantage and create demonstrable business value.
There are four categories of partnerships and three levels of participation. The category or categories to which a partner belongs is driven by the type of their assortment of product and service offerings.
Reseller Partners - Reseller Partners market and sell Kisiwa products, services, and solutions. Working cooperatively with the Kisiwa Direct Sales organization, this type of partner is usually focused on a specific market segment, geography, or application and ensures successful implementation of Kisiwa products.
Consulting Partners - Consulting Partners are primarily system integrators, consulting firms, and outsourcing firms. Their expertise may include strategy, design, implementation, change management, project management, customization, and specific vertical market and domain expertise.
Technology Partners - Technology Partners are vendors whose software and/or hardware offerings both complement and extend the value of Kisiwa product offerings. These partners offer Kisiwa's customers best-of-breed technology components, seamlessly integrated with Kisiwa products and services. Their expertise may include: hardware and software components, DBMS, and specific application environments.
Solution OEM Partners - Solution Partners have the vision and capability to combine their expertise together with our products and services to deliver high-value, comprehensive, repeatable solutions utilizing Kisiwa products and services that target a specific line-of-business or vertical industry. They have the proven ability to automate and re-engineer complex business processes that include vertical domain expertise, systems integration, and application development.
